The name says fluff twice, and the skirt agrees. SugarPlum Fluff Fluff is tier upon tier of rosy pink tulle, each ruffled layer spilling over the one below so the whole thing looks a little like a cake that learned to twirl.
The tulle is sheer and airy at the edges and deeper pink where the layers overlap, which gives the color some sugarplum depth. Sitting down, it puffs up into a cloud around your kid. Standing up, the tiers settle back into place and swish along behind every step, whether the plan is a living room ballet or an important call on the pretend telephone.
