Thirty days to change your mind, a prepaid label if it needs to travel, and a shop on Grand Ave if you would rather hand it back in person.

Starting a return

Send us a note and we will set it up.

Email store@emerysplayhouse.com with your order number and what is coming back, and we will send you a prepaid label. Print it, stick it on, and hand the parcel over. If you are nearby, you are just as welcome to bring it into the shop with your order number in hand.

We will confirm the item is eligible before you pack anything, so nothing goes back and forth for no reason.

The short version

Thirty days from the purchase date, new and unused, tags still on. Sending it back is free, label and all.

What can come back

Most things, with a short list of exceptions.

If it is still new, unworn, and wearing its original tag, it can come home to us.

Anything marked Final Sale
Anything past the thirty day window
Items sold as-is or open-box
Anything worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged
Items missing their original tag
Items with damaged or missing packaging, though shipping damage never counts against you
Swimwear that has been worn

Refunds

Back to your card in about a week.

Once your return reaches us, the refund goes back to whatever you paid with. Banks usually take seven to ten business days to show it. Refunds cover what you actually paid after any discount, and the original shipping stays put.

We do not run straight exchanges, but there is an easy version. Send the first one back with the label we email you, we will ship the replacement free, and the refund on the original lands as soon as it arrives new and unused.

If a parcel goes missing

When tracking says delivered and the box is nowhere to be found, tell us anyway. A parcel the courier has marked delivered is not something we can refund, but we will chase it with them and do what we can.

Shipping

Flat rate, and on us once you hit $50.00.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 anywhere in the US, and free once your order hits $50.00. We hand your order to USPS within 48 hours. Ground Advantage usually takes another 2 to 5 business days.

If you are close by, choose pickup at checkout and collect the order at the shop on Grand Ave. Nothing to pay for shipping, and no waiting on a courier.
