Ice Queen Cape

Look closely at the hem. A row of tiny ballerinas is dancing there, each one mid-pose inside her own frosty medallion, with white scrollwork curling between them and a line of bows strung along the very edge.

Above them, the Ice Queen Cape is sheer pale blue and snowing gently: white snowflakes drift down the whole length, with thin strands of dots and little stars falling between them. The hood is roomy and trimmed in silver, deep enough for a properly mysterious entrance.

Then your kid lifts an arm, the cape fills like a sail, and the dancers at the bottom finally get their turn in the air.
