The shoulders arrive first. Pale blue mesh ruffles, dotted and sparkling, stand up at each shoulder of this soft white tee and tumble down the front on either side, leaving the white middle framed like a little stage. Rhinestones take it from there, curving in rows beneath the neckline and scattering down the front like the last few sparks off a wand.
It’s still a tee underneath it all, easygoing enough for leggings or shorts. The ruffles simply have opinions about how an entrance should go.
