A witch’s broom, cut clean out of the paper. The bristles are black with fine white lines through them, gathered up in a bright orange tie, and the handle runs silver all the way to the top, with two black stars drifting off to one side. Each napkin is die‑cut to the broom’s outline, so a stack of them on the table reads as a whole pile of brooms leaning in a corner.
One goes under a cider doughnut, one goes to your kid with the sticky fingers, and the pile by the punch bowl quietly shrinks as the evening goes on.
