Every story has two sides, and this puzzle took that literally. Build it facing one way and the Wicked Witch appears under her pointed black hat, one hand on her hip and a straw broom at her side, with purple hills and a scattering of stars behind her. Turn the pieces over and Glinda takes the stage in a pink gown of scalloped tiers, a tall pink crown and a starry wand, with rolling green hills at her back.
The finished picture is arched at the top, like a little doorway for whichever witch is in today. Your kid picks the side, and the sorting begins: black hat pieces here, pink skirt pieces there. An art print comes in the box too, so there’s something for the wall once the pieces are put away.
