A point with a slight lean, a brim with two ruffles. This wizard hat has the pleasantly rumpled air of someone interrupted halfway through a spell. The cone is a deep midnight blue, with glittering gold stars and a crescent moon stitched on in gold thread, climbing toward the tip.
Then comes the brim, which is really two ruffles: a gathered blue one sitting on top of a shining gold one that peeks out all the way around the face.
